Gong Bath Meditation (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM) 

  • Immerse yourself in the healing sound vibrations from the gongs 
  • Release tension and invite harmony 
  • Reduce stress and anxiety 
  • Conclude the solstice celebration with deep relaxation.

  • Comfortable walking shoes 
  • Weather-appropriate clothing 
  • Journal or notebook Pen or pencil 
  • Yoga mat, blanket and a pillow for the gong bath

Meet Claire: Claire Winter is a former journalist, ICF-accredited coach, Nordic Walking instructor, speaker, and award-winning podcaster who loves being out in nature. She is passionate about sharing the healing medicine of walking and writing with people.  She wants to help people connect with nature and themselves to share their innate wisdom with the world. She truly believes you can walk your way to happiness.
