"I wrote poetry, walked barefoot in the forest, connected with nature and like-minded people. I ate great food, met fantastic people, slept in comfort, and sat around the campfire. What I will take away the most is the clarity I got, by being surrounded by nature, like-minded women all with their own story. I was able to carve out time just for me, as well as create a plan for me going forward with my business. I have drafted an online course, decided to start writing blogs and I am now enjoying writing poetry, something I haven't done since being at school.
